How do we choose our maids?
Help by human resource professionals with human resource management training and experience, we seek to ensure our clientele that benefited from the efficiency and dedication of the domestic helpers that we recruited.
Affiliated with our training centres in Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore provide relevant training to hone the domestic care skills (including care of old folks and the unsuitability) of potential foreign domestic helpers. Besides providing proper training, we also help towards integrating these foreign domestic helpers into Singapore’s cultural practices within the social fabric of families.
We will conduct stringent psychological assessment tests to determine the suitability of intended foreign domestic helpers to minimise any inconvenience that may arise for our prospective employers. Only after careful assessment, these test results will we recommend them to our clientele.
Enhancing Your Maid work performances
We firmly advocate that foreign domestic helpers must be empowered with appropriate skills and competency to add value to prospective employers. Hence, when they arrive to our shores, we then conduct an extensive orientation programme to assist with blending them culturally and socially with local conditions.
On a frequent basis, we will visit these foreign domestic helpers and see how they are getting on at the employers. We plan refresher courses at our own training centre in Singapore to update and upgrade their domestic household tending skills. Employers can be rest assured that the foreign domestic helper we recruited will be a great asset for the family. Employers can focus onto their career development, businesses or work and leave the minding of the household to their maids. All that will be needed is an occasional guidance and mention but don’t forget to shower compliments whenever your foreign domestic helper has done exceptionally well.
Ongoing assessments and skills upgrading and tests are conducted to ensure standards are not compromised for the employers. We also update our affiliated training centres on the latest technology in home appliances and equipment that have come on stream in the households so our training programmes will remain relevant and appropriate.
